don't know if it was in this thread or the other but when i apt-get upgrade an update shows for hildon, what would happen if i went ahead with the update?

hey arcean:
I've compiled the latest changes, and noticed now scrolling is vertical
I've added a gconf value to keep horizontal scrollin, but it shows a black rectangle between desktops.
I can't find where to change the desktops size when it's in portrait mode.
