sorry, read your post (a couple times too), have some thoughts about it, doubts and all, but actually lost "the clarity"
Timoph was very helpful on the A significant day in community governance? thread and from other threads w/ N900 users asking for help, the community seems to be okay...
only, n000 tried to start a fight on the Community governance thread (big surprise...) and was nicely put back to his place by Timoph :D

think it is important to distinguish between the real community, ppl who develop or simply want to help and, well, the warmongers...

as always, it isn't fair to throw everybody in the same basket :eek:

yes, of course; wealthier nations get a higher price, poorer countries a lower one.
doesn't only have to do w/ the "price"; it is also influenced by the salaries & fixed costs a business has to face in the different countries. that's usually referred to as "income parity" if you'd like to look into it...

Ok points noted and i respect what your saying, i am just a little bit to say the least peed off at the war mongers of this community and the biggest culprit is ysss for sure because i am tracking all his movements on here so intill he is either stopped or got rid of it will only continue.

Can you do me a favour and pm me your email? i want to share some information on this N9 news so you know all.

I will for sure get the prices for the 2 different models ie the 16gb and 64 gb on friday this week from Nokia direct and will post them on here.

well we at least achieved something in that we got the counsil talking and what a suprise (not) that they give us some news that we already knew then put in a comment about all of a sudden they will talk to Nokia ..... i am now going to sit back and watch what happens on here but i say the same thing that the current council needs to kick into gear.

What i really want to say i will hold back... for now.

installed MeeGo 1.2 DE, tried to get it set up so that i could install Cordia & maybe help debug it.
unable to connect either w/ 3G or w/ wi-fi, thus about to install NITDroid instead. (A significant day in community governance?)

If someone feels the urge to take the prevebial then they must be either very pissed off or very jelous.

I am not even looking or considering the implications because the mod's should take care of that, not bothered one way or the other to be honest but am i THAT famous someone has to impersonate me? or is it that i am unfamous hahaha.

All i can say is Reggie has got the wrong crew onboard and should consider ME as his police chief because i would have no problem whatsoever in taking this community inhand and dealing with the trolling, and as ysss said, for some only it is hard to define, for me it would just not exsist on this forum and is a matter of course total end of.

All the same i wish ysss was a good little girl and was more polite towards me;) i might even take her off my ignore list :p.

I have noticed however that more subects are indeed getting down to earth and to the point, a BIG improvement in some area's.

For those who even take me serious when i am "trolling" then my heart goes out to you all :p.

I have my serious side and that is not to be messed with by anyone, being boss most of my life i do not take too kindly to people ordering me about especially on here ;).

Now answer me this: is the above statement just me trolling or not? Because it is factually correct; BUT I'm sure you would be annoyed/hurt as well. I'm just stating facts, but to YOU I would be trolling. Heck, to you everything seems to be trolling except if it's posted by misterc.

If you want to disprove my previous claim (of how hard it is to objectively and systematically identify/define trolling), then do so. Don't just vent out hot nonsensical airs.

I do not agree with the attacking that goes on here and as for being the most "hated" on here then GOOD because no one would mess with this forum if I was in charge of the problem troubleshooting that is for sure !.

misterc like anyone else is entitled to express but he does not attack people like some do on here and neither do i !, think about that ok.

Go through my posts and threads and you will see i used to attack back but never start the attacking !.

Moderators should never allow even for fun posts that attack or bad trolling, they DO on here just for fun and that is what makes them incapable of differentiating.

Be thankful that the mods here are not trigger happy power monger and they value the freedom of speech, else I really doubt that you (and I) would be around.

Understand one thing here and you will understand me ok..... ATTACKING of ANY nature should be stamped out in ANY event and because there is so much underhand attacking going on here, sometimes is is very hard to distinguish just who the attacks are aimed at.

A gentleman's community like the old days i remember there was NEVER a single word out of place even if you disagreed with someone, you always were aware of conduct and especially offending anyone.

This has slowly vanished with time i am sad to say but there is nothing wrong with bringing the old ways back simply by not allowing ANY bad behaviour on a forum such as this.

For god's sake this community is FULL of people who devote endless time and energy burning the midnight oil to develop, WHY do people even feel they have the right to attack slander or call a single person a bad name is beyond me.

If one does it they all feel they can do it even you !.
