i want to ask ... i have sow above posts all the pics are portrait .. so where is the landscape pics ? is the v 0.7 not have landscape option ? or what ?

I suggest you read the script in the file (QtLockscreen.ini). everything is explained there. you can set your lockscreen to auto, portrait, or landscape.

okay try this check using filebox go to /home/user/.config/sakya here you should have two .ini files #1 QtLockscreen.ini #2 QtLockscreen.ini.default now cut and paste somewhere safe where you can get hold of this file #1 QtLockscreen.ini
so in the /home/user/.config/sakya there should be just one file QtLockscreen.ini.default then in xterminal killall qtlockscreen
this should revert your lockscreen to default setting then copy all user downloaded files into correct paths to double check the paths of images check the .ini file using leafpad check the image file paths and make sure thats where you copy image files to using filebox!

Sooo... I added a media player widget to the iphone lockscreen of laith.m.y:

copy the whole folder (Images) to /opt/qtlockscreen/default/
copy QtLockscreen.ini to /home/user/.config/sakya/
copy Helvetica Neue.ttf to /usr/share/fonts/

copy demarlockscreen to /home/user/MyDocs/
(you can put the media player buttons into another place, but then you will have to change the path in the QtLockscreen.ini...)

if you want e.g. Dienstag 16. August (der punkt!) then change:
DateFormat="dddd dd MMMM" to DateFormat="dddd dd. MMMM"

if you zoom close enough, you still can see stripes on Background2.png and raindrops on Background1.png. if you cant make new backgrounds I could ask a friend to do it. let me know...

yeah good, i just took the mediaplayer widget from my other lockscreen, for people who want to use it and also can't wait for it :P
just makes life easier without the need to unlock.

I just installed it and it does not display correctly even with the default config.
What can I do to diagnose this issue?
Rebooting, removing ~/.config/sakya/QtLockscreen.ini and changing config to the Meego.de didn't help.

I made some changes to the lockscreen , and you will like it :D

it become much more clear without stripes ;)

and I had an idea for mediaplayer widget , but if you want I will upload it without mediaplayer widget because I'm not sure I can make it tomorrow :rolleyes:

Awesome love pull down ot open function can you please tell me how to configure the slider to be moved up higher and thus have the slider move down further. I just need help understanding how the numbers work in the config file for the unlock.png. thank you to anyone who can help.
