anyone plz tell me how can i install or use this...i am trying too much bt cant do any thing..i have visited http://www.assembla.com/code/qtlocks...bversion/nodes
thn downloaded everything from "trunk"...thn what can i do now??:confused::confused:
i have read all posts & comments bt there is no exact procedure to install qtlockscreen..:(.

plz plz i am begging u guys hlp me:o

You can install the lockscreen files:

1. manually. unzip copy and paste the folder and ini file in /opt/qtlockscreen. If there is an extra font copy and paste it in /opt/usr/share fonts

2. The Schturman way.

3. Download from extras-devel thanks to my friend laith.m.y

To preview/test/set your favorite lockscreen design download Sakya's QtLockscreen configuration from extras-devel

That's about it :D

Hello everybody!

Another way for installation of some cool themes that I like..
This script can do:

1) You can install or uninstall all themes in one click (English or Hebrew date viewing)

2) You can install or uninstall all themes separately, theme by theme... Just write the letter of the theme and one space between; than press Enter (ex: b d f ; press Enter)

Changes (14.10.2011):

* Added new versions of Zif Harmattan theme
* Added option for changing Media icons to Alternative or restore to Original in Zif Harmattan theme
* Added Scrat theme
* Automatic or manual adding the "QTLockscreen" folder to Tracker NoWatchDirectory

Changes (04.11.2011):

* Added Back2Black theme
* Added RainDrops theme

This package include:

1) Absolute-Vodka by niqbal

1) Extract "QTLockscreen" folder from .tar file and put him to your phone (/home/user/MyDocs)
2) Open terminal and write:
3) Read and choice what you want..
4) Use QtlockscreenConfig tool for activating your favorite theme.

It's easy to do it yourself.

Open the ini file with a text editor (I use leafpad) and delete the features you don't want from both the widgets list and the parameters.

If you don't want any of the player features delete:

AlbumArt
Metadata
NextButton
BackButton
PlayPauseButton

Remember to go back to the widgets list rearrange the numeric order for the remaining widgets and input the correct number for widget size

that's it :D
