How are messages deleted in Fmobi? N9 version!

I've just tried the Trial Version, is it the same version as the Full Version?

It still feels a bit Gltchy, when getting a Friend Request, the name doesn't show, sometime when tapping on buttons nothing happens. U have to tap like 4 times before it responds..... I'm not sure I should get a full version just yet!

I have an ENNINE and I have a problem with fmobi 2.5.
I get this Error: Facebook 400 returned bad request.
I reinstalled it but the problem is still present.

Any advice?

another issue with this is: when going to a friend's page and looking at photos, nothing comes up. Please fix this

I bought this software through ovi. On the requesting permission site i getting the following error messeage and fMobi do not proceed.

"error on line 84 at column 5072: Expected '#' or '[a-zA-Z], but got ' '.

Has anyone an idea how to solve this? My version is 2.3.0.

Is there a newer Version available?

I'm charged again to redownload this app? Its not like I wanted to clean my device that often, I'm having problems with my phone. I redownloaded everything every time I clean my device. Now my OVI store says 'maximum number of download attempts reached'. Isn't this a one time payment and permanent use?

Been trying to raise some support on the fMobi Facebook page because I bought the app and am having issues, but my requests are being ignored. Not particularly overjoyed about paying for development on other platforms and not getting anything back in return except an app that isn't 100%.

I just bought the application, installed everything necessary, give the application permission on Facebook and I'm getting always this error:

"error on line 6 at column 924: expected '#' or '[a-zA-Z]', but got '&'. "

I had the same problem and moved to address the language of Facebook to English (U.S.). But now Kasvopus not appear like the images and videos. The application opens as if in Opera Mobile who only much slower. I've tried all the recommendations that were expressed by the discussion but had no success! Anyone have any different idea?

PS: Sorry for bad english. I am Brazilian and I'm not so used as I would like.

How did you change the language to English? I cant change the language on login page from fMobi..It always on my native language. I tried to change my regional setting to U.S and it's still on my native lang...

Go to Facebook through MicroB browser. Log in and go to "Privacy Settings" <> Ads, Apps and Websites (Edit Settings) <> Turn Off. Reset all applications and re-enable the option to "Turn On". After this process, open the app and login FMobi normally, install and approve the permission options.

There are somekind of limit reached with Facebook API, or FB API is returning “Application limit reached” to every API call, so that is why fMobi is not working at the moment, but just returning Facebook error. I have no idea what that limit is or when it is cleared, hopefully soon. Until that I’m clueless what to do. Hopefully everything sorts out well soon.

I know this is very bad to you guys, but believe me, it’s very bad to me too.

Apologies, but yet again, this is something that I did not cause and only FB has the solution

Anyhow, I checked and the latest version is still 2.3 that was released like a year ago. Is this too much to ask to sync up Maemo branch to the latest version at least once a year? I'd pay 2 bucks for an update.

Hello everybody,

just bought fmobi yesterday for my N9, because I really liked the trial version. But is it just me (or my settings' fault) that I am getting the "timeout, need to relogin" error every time I closed the program and re-open it after some time? Or am I supposed to have it running all the time in the background? If I really have to choose "logout on exit", close, re-open, login every time I want to use it, I think it really is faster for me to use the facebook home page, isn't it?

If anybody knows how to fix this, I would be very happy. 2€s might not be a big amount of money, but for a useless application, it surely is..

Having the same issue - makes using fMobi a real pain.
I don't think I'll be using it much until it's fixed. It's better than the built-in Facebook app but I've been logging on with my laptop instead to avoid the hassle

For me, FMobi is awesome. I haven't experience a problem with it except when there is a problem in facebook server. I like the latest version 3.5 because it supports the Meego OS. I mean every time you post using it, it says "via Fmobi for Meego".

in the comments the author said he tried to update the maemo version but Nokia QA rejected it. he will try to do some tweaks and get it passed....that was 2 months ago....

I hope so. I'd pay £2 for an up to date version (even thouigh I paid for the last version). Got to find out how to re-install it after uninstalling it when FB screwed things up last time.

Be interesting to know why Nokia rejected it last time.

Anyone know how to reinstall this? I'm being told Nokia Store is incompatible with the N900 when I click the link in the text from Nokia.

Problem solved: must be FB error!:)

Unfortunately the mentioned problems are back again.
The app seems to be unstable - other FB apps works OK so it can't be FB alone - at least the free trial, so in this case I won't buy the app!:confused:
