Guys, when I try to uninstall qtquick compatibility plugin, it asks to uninstall all the dependencies too. any idea how to uninstall without this problem? All those programs did not require it from thw start...

I changed the location settings from supi.nokia.com to supl.google.com and everything works fine

everything is working except chat. it's not showing friends who are online. it's just blank. anyone know how to fix this?

Anybody knows what's wrong with libqtm-11-declarative package.
I can't install it. It says broken package...
And so i got white screen issues and can't use the new version...

Any hint?

I think you thought it would be a demo. A time trial is a full version with a certain, for instance, 10 day limit. What makes you think it won't ask for an activation code after 10 days?

It says where you downloaded. Also, read the comments where people complain when it's over.

you can check out the fmobi for nokia facebook

the trial version is only for symbian

this I dont know also, I just know if have time limit, it is for Symbian only, Meego and Maemo no time limit

all latest version (symbian,Maemo & Meego) is a trial version....
if you dont believe then waits after 10 days & see what will happen.....
you should read carefully next before saying what you dont understand....

From what I can gather from the fMobi Facebook page, fMobi for Maemo is now a paid for app with a 10 day trial.

kasvopus and twimgo work like expected. only fmobi doesn't...

if you do then install Mcsp aswell....

if not the first time then revoke this apps from your facebook acct & invoke it agains...

For info, I also had some issues with fmobi v2.

I got older versions working properly before.
This time I installed it directly after I flashed my N900 and installed cssu.
of cause I thought of installing Qt Mobility 1.1 including the fixes and the qtcombat and mscp

Yeah! That did the trick!
but when I remove fmobi 1.4 afterwards, v2 stops working again.

Now it says that i have to go to the ovistore and download the full version.

So i purged fmobi and fmobitrial and installed fmobi 1.4

But it keeps saying that i have to download the version from the ovistore. The version 1.4 wasn't a trial version. How can i get it work again?

there is a full version. i contacted the author. this is what he said
1. there is a full version
2. there is a trial version

if you pay him via paypal and give him your IMEI number, he will make #2 last forever - no limited trial. for #1, he has submitted it to nokia store and waiting for it to be published.

i also asked him if i can get #1 first without waiting for nokia. he said it's possible by paying him via paypal but he did say that he is afraid i might give it to someone else. fair enough. so i guess we wait for nokia store version then.
