Sonic Robo Blast 2 PANDORA
 

Hi Guys
I TEST the PANDORA edition of this games and camera works(mouse camera not working but who cares). Although SOUND NOT WORKING and NO ESCAPE BUTTON:(.

INSTALLATION
1)download SRB2.zip and extact it to your MyDocs (opt folder must be created).
2)Now transfer the folder to the root ( use a filemanager and go to the root directories where the folder opt is), and replace opt
3) open xterm
sudo gainroot
cd /opt
chown -R user:users srb2
cd srb2
chmod +rwx run.sh

to run it just type
sh run.sh

or create a Queen Beecon widget,click advance and type
cd /opt/srb2
sh run.sh
save.
At Command Title settings write down /opt/srb2/srb2.png
for icon/

At first start maybe default settings dont load so exit and at opt/srb2/.srb2/delete config.cfg and copy the one available at opt/srb2/default/.srb2/

Controls
z=jump
x=spin
m=mouse look
r=reser camera
p=pause
;=console (type quit on console to exit game any time)
shift=hold and left right to strafe.

Problems that need FIXXXXX
1) No sound
2) Make installation packages

NOTE: I have Disable opengl support in run.sh because game not run (dont worry from queen beecon icon it works at full speed)
If someone can fix these problems just post it.:o

multiplayer seems to work as it founds the servers. some of them need extra files

Ok, it ran ok. But these were the issues, most of them mentioned:
-You have to set display mode at first launch. It launches in a small section of a window otherwise.
-It's made for full keyboards, so you'll be having difficulties using the menus.
-The camera won't move with you. Would be nice to make it 3rd person view.

You'll find it in the menu and in the directory /opt/sonicroboblast2. (Optified, of course.)

What will be your changes with the Pandora version?
Will you add GLES and change the audio backend?
And possibly remap some keys..?

Change the version to pandora one. The camera works great. Also change some key except escape. You can make a proper deb now.
