With PR1.2, the N9package libmeegotouchextension.......deb is the only thing to download and run to make MeeCast "widget" transparent?
Is this package only for this?
No Inception for me yet.

Only for this purpose.
If you don't have Inception you can't install this package.

Confirmed - in 5.7 there is hourly forecast for Foreca source.

Hi Vlad,
I'm running v0.5.7 on my device and the temperature for today from weather channel is not shown on the overview page (says N/A). Tapping "today" then shows the temperature.
With foreca this does not happen, that works fine.

In the events feed the temperature for today is shown correctly (day+night) from weather channel.

Foreca does not offer day+night temperatures?

Version 0.5.6, then 0.5.7 and the size of the city name on the status screen is still not adjustable. Any chance this will be fixed in the next release? Thanks.

How do I delete the Lock Screen Widget... I unistalled Meecast but the Lock Screen Widget is still stuck on it, I found it looking crappy! Hence the unistall.

couldn't you have just turned off the lock screen widget without uninstalling.... Meecast--->Settings--->Appearance--->Widget in Lockscreen... Just a thought - Maybe you need to reinstall & turn that off if it will not go away?

Tried that, the Widget just stayed there no matter what I did, so I tried Uninstall, stiill no luck!
