Thanks for the latest version of Meecast.:) Updated mine but the problem is still there. Basically, the standby screen is immune to any change I try to do but the lock screen and event feed screen have no problems whatsoever.

Hi.

I've uploaded the new version of MeeCast (0.6) to Ovi and Apps for Meego

Changelog:

* Fixed problem with GPS
* Fixed problem with green color for font in standby settings
* Added items "15 minutues" and "One day" to Update period list
* Added setting for Splash screen
* Fixed problem with temperature in current day
* Fixed problem with showing weather forecast for current day and next day

Still cannot see 0.6 in ovi (currently version 0.5.9 ).. hope it will be there shortly!

Is it just me or what, but i cannot see 0.6 version in ovi store in my country. Any comments on that? Apps for meego is down also?
EDIT: got the 0.6 in ovi now! Awsome work, dude. Gps now seems mutch better!

thanks, new version works like a charm.

You might want to rename "One day" to "Daily" or "Once a day".

EDIT: I am refering to the german version, which shows "One day". In german that would of course be "Täglich" or "Einmal täglich". ;)

Happy with the new version but standby screen still does not respond to color change. Thanks :)
