Any plans for Nemo/Sailfish?

MeeCast has core. One for all platforms - Tizen, Blackberry, MeeGoo, Harmattan. But UI code is different (Very different).
For Tizen we've used Native API. https://developer.tizen.org/document...cover_page.htm

First item in my plan - have a rest after sprint for Tizen release.
Second step - I'm going to use opnrepos for MeeCast.

Vlad.

I will support Sailfish, of course.
Don't worry. :)

Re: [MeeGo] [Announce] MeeCast for Harmattan

I tried to upgrade from 0.7.6 Meecast 0.7.9 from the open repo and received this error:

Code:

Aegis rejecting meecast_0_7_9_armel.deb: package 'meecast' already installed from 'com.nokia.maemo/ovi' -- not replacing it from unknown origin aegis aborting dkpg -- all listed package files rejected.
Compilation failed in require.

I've already slected allow non-store sources.

Any ideas?

Please uninstall Ovi's meecast package before install package from openrepos.

Vlad.

And if the additional meecast-applet-enable package is also installed (which has meecast as dependency) the following command is useful to remove meecast without removing the applet:
Code:

dpkg --ignore-depends=meecast-applet-enable -r meecast
Thank Vlad for the quick fix, and for joining Openrepos!

I don't know about how works Warehouse yet.

I'm going to install it to my N950.
