Where? There is an option copy/paste, not cut/paste

1. Long press on the file -> choose copy in the popup menu
2. Go to folder you want-> at the bottom Line press the second icon-> choose your file and again at the bottom line choose the second icon for only paste or third icon for cut+ paste.
