Power Save option and connection problems
 

Hi,

Has anyone noticed connection problems when you enable Power saver mode in Settings>Device>Battery?

When it's enabled Mail for exchange sync fails. Seems like gmail doesn't update either. For spotify I need to open the connection beforehand and after one song it can'open the connection again.

I don't know if the problem's in power saver mode or the applications.

MfE syncs succesfully immediately when I disable power saver.

I have noticed a very long delay for phone to find my position when in Power Save mode leading me to believe it affects or disables network positioning. It opens a data connection but no lock.

That's what power save mode is intended for, according to its description. Manual states it does the following:

- Disable background sync (like email, etc...)
- Scans no more or less often for Wireless networks
- Sets screen brightness to lowest.
