Conversations seems to be "slow" and sporadicly doesnt send messages

I have two strange problems with conversations, maybe someone has similar issues?

1. Opening a conversation with whatever contact, takes an awfull long time to load all the messages. ie. the screen stays black and after a while the messages pop up. This was not an issue when i had the device overclocked, so I assume its related with the speed of the device and the ammount of messages that need to be loaded?

2. Sometimes, sporadicly, a message won't confirm to be sended. I mean, usually if you send a text message, first you get the "outbox" symbol appear in the lower right corner of the message, when its done sending, the symbol dissapears and the time & date appear. However, the symbol stays there all the time. The contact does receive the message, replies and I can open his reply. The problem is only that when I close conversations and then re-open it, it won't load the messages. The only solution is then to delete the entire conversation with the contact and then the problem is gone..

any suggestions?

What do you mean with an outdated batterypatch?

Thanks for the help anyway!
