I have it configured to save to /home/user/MyDocs/Pictures and never had a problem saving them.

For people who don't know what they're doing, I'd say that is pretty good advice. Good thing I know what I'm doing. :) I've been running MyDocs on ext4 from stock firmware since the beginning of the year, and in that time the _only_ issues I've had was tracker forgetting about image/png (discovered that today and fixed it), and N9QT install issue (which is a bug in N9QT install control files and I've already posted the fix earlier in this thread).

I don't need an openmode kernel to have fun. :-)

ok so i know i'm dumb no need to go off but what i'm saying here is that i flashed my phone used backdeb to back up my apps and then when i used it again to reinstall them after the flash they installed correctly but then the vkb dissappears after a reboot and then when i go to text input it says no input methods installed !

Have again a problem with tweak B (using Blanco theme):

Want to install no. 6 to make Nokia Map rotate, but every time it closed before finish. The uninstall works OK.
Is this due to Open mode?
Any solution?

Then run no.8 restore to default - but then instead rotation of homescreen started! Tried again several times and same message Landscape MOD cancelled successfully - but still Landscape MOD for homescreen!
What's wrong here?
Is there a code in terminal to restore to default?

Why To use aegis-dpkg -i to regular app ? It will install them with origin com.nokia.maemo...
In tweak it use dpkg -i and just need to sort your app..
I can add option to install trusted app to with aegis-dpkg -i.

Garp, #6 its Vesuri mode, this tweak should install 2 packages. For this tweak you need Coderus aegis-install. If n9qt close it self without finish installation, its known issue in open mode.
#8 not restore Vesuri mode, it explained in pdf and also in menu you can see: 8. Restore ALL to default (except Vesuri mod)

Backdeb not always create correct package. The prefer way is cache/download/save original packages of your apps and put them to: /home/user/MyDocs/BackDeb/All
Now you can use tweak X-1-2. But again this tweak only for regular apps, not for system apps that need origin "com.nokia.maemo" (trusted). For this apps i will create another option and you just need to sort your apps, that all.
About you problem with vkb, i can't to know which package cause this. Also did you tried to check in system-time languages-text input-installed input methods if you have any languages here.

Yes I know and have coderus aegis- install. Nothing to do about this open mode break?

And yes I know about #6 not included in restore #8 but it should't have anything to do with this bug that running #8 start rotation instead of stop it for homescreens!?

Garp, If you installed #6, the #8 will NOT restore your rotation. Try to uninstall #6.
