Yup it works :) I didnt even had a chance to try it until PR1.3. And I also changed background color from black to gray. :)

Any idea if it is possible to have an image as a background instead of color? And how? :)

If you are brave enough you could try replacing the background-color with background-image, I HAVE NO IDEA if this works. Seems like I added the background-opacity to wrong place the last time since it locked up my homescreen altogether...*dumb level 123 achieved*
There are more nice mods at tinhte.vn like squaring all apps and thumbnails instead of rounded corners, few icons packages with different styles to replace default ones or having an image as app's background. Unfortunately they are all copy+replace mods so no info on what files and lines to edit.

Just try to start N9QT again when you are connected to internet, try it 2-3 times... It should install SDK repo, and install bash..
If after 2-3 times it stil not open menu of tweaks, probably some other process is lock installation.. Just wait 5 minutes and try to open again...
If still not work, install SDK repo manually -> apt-get update -> apt-get install bash

No we have the system-ui v1.4.0~1 backports from Coderus, will you be adding them to qtweak v8 for PR 1.3 and re-enable tweak T.

My N9 has PR1.3 and I have installed QTweak 7.2.

I worked fine but after I chose some tweaks, my device end up in a reboot loop.

How can I fix this?

Version 7.2 is not adapted for PR1.2. Copy backup files from clear system and restore

Good Sir, mayhaps you have installed Unrestricted System Ui and such toggles on top of Pr1.3?

Do not despair! Go back to the thread, page 15, redownload, re-incept, (both libnotification and unrestricted) and Reboot.

Should work. Did for me.

So. I have one... kinda funny issue. I was attempting tweak QQ, removing that user guide. However, it tells me I unlocked the package, but then doesn't let me uninstall anything. Tells me it's locked.

Now, I think I figured out why. When I flashed to 1.2 originally, I moved from my country variant, to 001. However, when I flashed to 1.3, I moved back to the country variant (Since I'm not longer worried about updates, since I can flash them) and it's 005

The package attempts to unlock Harmattan-001, and I have Harmattan-005.

That's why it probably doesn't work.

Is there a way to fix this? Or perhaps a way for me to unlock the package manually, and then uninstall the other apps either manually or through Qtweak?

@Solaris, if you sure you have package mp-harmattan-005-pr and not 001, its a little complicated, but i will explain you later what to do and how to edit N9QT script (I'm on the telephone now)..

I tried few of the tweaks, which are amazing by the way, and suddenly got my screen colored in red.
I tried to restore the tweaks and reboot but it didn't help.
I had to reflash it.
Is that the solution to every "out-of-control" tweak? reflash?

So i tried v8.1 with PR1.3 and hack H doesn't work 100% you can do the SHH hack and also the fileboxRoot but the fileboxRoot just keeps on crashing when copying things over

what do i do?

it happened to me too just try mod w again I had my pic named wrong.

and complete restore helps if you choose yes on that another option (cant remember what is was)

any chance you could add the "disable wifi powersaving" option that N9tweak has?

pretty much only reason I have to have this and N9tweak installed.

Almost all tweaks checked on my device before releasing...
I really don't know why you have problem with tweak W... Maybe picture broken, maybe not PNG, maybe the name of this picture written not correctly, maybe you put this pictures in to the not right place before tweaking... Maybe, maybe, maybe...
For me it's work without problem...

(I know about pocket forum, it's still not work...)

Work 100% without any problem and fileboxRoot not crashing... Prtobably the problem in your device...

Try to remove FileboxRoot, Uninstall filebox, go to:
Code:
/home/user/.config
and if you see folder named "cepiperez" -> delete this..
Go to:
Code:
/root/.config
and if you see folder named "cepiperez" -> delete this..
Reboot your phone.
Install Filebox, activate FileboxRoot, use this...

I opened this tread, because my phone not close internet connection when power save mode activated and for example I have some windows opened and IM's connected...

It doesn't close mine (app toggle), but am not using mt-toggles tweak.

I've tried to install @sifo's .deb package to my N9 though they're made for the N900. The .deb installs just fine but wont show in settengs -> messages -> emoticons as they do on the N900.

@sifo says it could be an issue with the .def file. As I have no knowledge at all about this I turn to for help and it would nice to have options to choose from.

Befor you start you need to do something...
1. If you unlocked from tweak and uninstalling some system packages, you need restore all this apps and reinstall mp-harmattan-005-pr package.
2. I hope it will give you a clean file named "status" that you need for editing procedure...

EDITING procedure:
1. from terminal as root:
Code:
cp /opt/N9QTweak/N9QT /home/user/MyDocs
cp /var/lib/dpkg/status /home/user/MyDocs
cp /opt/N9QTweak/Deps/* /home/user/MyDocs
2. transfer this 4 files to your PC (deps.py, deps.sh, status, N9QT)
3. Open "Status" file with editor (Notepad++ or something)
4. Search: mp-harmattan
5. Copy from word "Depends" until word "Description"
6. Open "N9QT" file with editor (Notepad++ or something)
7. Go to line: 4074
8. Past what you copied from the word "Depends" until symbol "\\" = end of this line
9. Go to line: 4085 and change "001" to "005"
10. Go to line: 5550
11. See when it start from the word "Depends" until "/Depends", here Paste what you copied before from "status" file
12. Go to line: 6861
13. Do the same like in par. 8, but start from word "/Depends" until word the symbol "/" /var/lib/dpkg/status"
14. Go to line: 6871 and change "001" to "005"
15. Open "deps.sh" file with editor (Notepad++ or something)
16. Go to line: 37 and change "001" to "005"
17. Go to line: 45 and change "001" to "005"
18. Open "deps.py" file with editor (Notepad++ or something)
19. Go to line: 15 and change "001" to "005"
20. save this changes in your files
21. transfer this 3 files from your PC (deps.py, deps.sh, N9QT) to your phone (/home/user/MyDocs)
22. from terminal as root:

cd /home/user/MyDocs && cp -f deps.py deps.sh /opt/N9QTweak/Deps
cp -f /home/user/MyDocs/N9QT /opt/N9QTweak
chmod 4755 /opt/N9QTweak/N9QT
chmod +x /opt/N9QTweak/Deps
Hope it will help you and after this procedure you can use tweaks QQ and AA, but only one of them, or AA or QQ...
