...that's an engine (exactly: layout / rendering engine), not a browser.

Aren't most WebOS apps just webapps calling the Enyo JS libraries? They will render with QtWebKit, the Enyo libraries just(*) have to be put somewhere and hardware access methods ported to access Harmattan platform.

(*) yes, that's always the hardest part.
