Version 2 will have a more serious license (GPL3), but feel free to offer me beer, i won't get mad.

Current version doesn't need sources and i'd like to keep it away from repos as it has design flaws (no configurability).

Of course, just days are OK ... it is a real uptime of device, not uptime for a last charge ... sorry, it seems that I am testing too much (laugh) ...

Great :) ... it works well now (no hang, when mounted with Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 SP1, both 32-bit) ...

Has anyone experienced high idle consumption after.installing because I want to know if my high idle might have something to do with this app. idle was around 8-10 and now it is 45. can I just uninstall this as a regular app??

The problem is not coming from this app. The problem is a known bug of the N9. What you have to do:

type "top" in terminal. Then kill the process "meegotouch-remote-theme.."
and then just move an icon on the desktop. Normally your idle consumption should go back to normal.

Just to clarify.

1.3 just doesn't make missing flash info fatal. No other chages.

No, this apps does not cause high power consumption ... yes, it can be "Meegotouchhome", but you have to check it to be sure about it, as it might be something else too - the easiest way is to use "ResourceMonitor" apps (click 3rd one there, to see "top processes", then you know who using your CPU as they should be 0,00% on idle state) ...

By the way, I fixed my "Meegotouchhome" problem just by enabling Developer mode (needs restart) ... yes, that's correct, even there is a lot of suggestion to disable Developer mode in internet, but you can check yourself by using "Battery Usage" apps, which is a proper way ... and just believe what you can see by yourself ...

My power consumption (idle below 10 mA with active 3G internet, all enabled) and I am using this apps too - you can see a pic here with 8 mA idle power consumption (sent for this topic 2 days ago) ...
