Accidentaly found this video , is it true ? The N9 has BT 4.0 just like FM TX/RX ? :)

yes it has the hardware of BT4 (found on bluetooth website ) but not the software so just it runs on bluetooth 2.1

Last I read, no amount of software can bring FM TX to the N9 unfortunately.

That means it's impossible to get a software ? We have to hope nokia will make one ?

Unless I'm mistaken, the N9 doesn't have an antenna connected for the TX - i.e. even Nokia can't do anything unless they recall all N9's to solder on some new bits.

Nope javispedro has said it "may" be possible, but he's not 100% sure until he has a N9 to test.
The hw's there, tis just the antenna config that may cause issues, working well in practice needs to be tested.
He's ruled-out the N950 as it doesn't have the right hw, let alone proper antenna config...

As for BT4.0, I was told by someone internal that it was actually very close to being done.
They told me what remained (cant recall OTTOMH) and suggested I file a enhancement request.
Been meaning to for a mth+ but I fear it'll be a waste of time, will prolly do it in a day or so, inc. the info I have.

Just let us know when you file enhancement request, so we can vote for it.

Bluetooth 4 would be good because of the power savings. Hope it gets done.
