Its a little gimmick, and unstable, but I like the outcome, [atleast the status bar is totally gone ;)]

Please tell me if you all like it and want it to be integrated in the current updates [.deb] or as a seperate mod.

btw I'm planning [working] for this one but its still a concept and work has not been started yet. [comment if anyone can help me with creating QBW of Cell-Network-name, Battery, and cell-signal.]

Yes, you can have two separate wallpapers for both landscape and portrait, if you have the portrait wallpapers working properly. :)

I will add a like in the first for your wallpaper, thanks...

I think mmm-theme needs to add both mode wallpapers as default.

we can add the theme into maemeemo deb
backgrounds in the mmm theme have images for landscape and portrait

The status bar has always been a pain for customisation. Although I have just realised something with ravents image there and the carrier ID... We can write anything we want in there ok... So what about having an automated script to update the text in that field with certain information from his status widget or have abbreviated weather updates?

It would be great if that place can have battery and cell-signal icons [somehow], I have already managed to remove/hide the Status menu. What do you say?

You can count me in the Maemeemo crowd.

Installation was easy, though the Wiki page says that App shortcut size should be at 100. Mine is set at 96 and can't be changed. It is greyed out, along with bookmark size.I'm using the N900.
