Thanks to give us the most awaited 'UPnP' function we all want (now we have our Nokia 'Play To') ... Can someone have time to create a better integrated icon to add in the package phako already created ? I mean exactly the same as the one already done, just smaller with the circle in gray like the others on this screenshot ... EDIT : After installing the package and rebooted device, I have a red square in place of the icon ... A++ |
Re: [Announce] PushUp 0.1 - DLNA pushing for the sharing framework
Having the red icon issue as well
|
Re: [Announce] PushUp 0.1 - DLNA pushing for the sharing framework

When installing it asks for installing extra packages (which is normal) but then ends up in giving me a popup message that it can't install. Will test again with your new package. Thanks! |

Many thanks for this very usefull app. Is it possible to use it to transfer files between 2 phones?

I will add DLNA/UPnP upload capabilities as well, then the phone needs to be a DLNA/UPnP server with upload capabilities (which the N9 has). |
Re: [Announce] PushUp 0.2 - DLNA pushing for the sharing framework
Very nice!! :)
One suggestion though. Now I'm only able to show one pic at a time. I need to repeat the share process for every picture. Could the next release onclude the ability to change pic shared as I swipe to the next pic? Thanks again for this. Nokia Play to is the only app I was jealous of on the crappy lumia. |
Re: [Announce] PushUp 0.2 - DLNA pushing for the sharing framework

The 2nd package fixed the icon ... I think when PeterSmurffiPan asking for the option to be able to share more than one picture at a time, he is thinking about the same functionality under Nokia Play To ... So, UPnP seem to permit that, but I don't know how it is implemented under the N9 ... Anyhow, thank you phako for this beautiful functionality you added with nice integration inside the existing UI ... A++ |

Edit: I meant the Gallery UI integration. Of course it does work on the UPnP level. |

With the try again or cancel option. Via terminal i got the following: dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of pushup. pushup depends on libffi5 (>= version number) Tried to remove all installed repos and then did an apt-get update. after that installed the harmattan SDK repo again. Via GUI still not able to install. Can you point to the libffi5 file which is needed to be installed? Thanks! |

Re: [Announce] PushUp 0.2 - DLNA pushing for the sharing framework
dont do that to install wget.
instead go to security>developer mode>install utilities. that should solve it. |
