Download the .deb on your phone, or copy to it using mass storage.

Be sure to have "Unknown sources" enabled on Settings -> Applications -> Installations.

Then just lunch the installer, you can do that from the transfers view of the browser, or from a file manager.

Diego, if you quit wazapp you receive messages? The notifications how are?

Te lo pongo en español para ti, que creo que lo eres. Si cierro el wazapp voy a seguir recibiendo mensajes correctamente? Como son las notificaciones te aparecen en la barra de arriba o como? De bateria que tal consume mucho abierta? Gracias, es que estoy pensando en cambiar mi iphone 4 por el Nokia N9 que me tiene enamorado.

It depends, if you swipe it down, you will receive new messages, if you choose Quit, from the options menu, you wont.

Sí, soy guatemalteco de hecho. Contestando a tus preguntas, si cerras la aplicación haciendo un 'swipe' hacia abajo, seguirá corriendo en 'background', y continuará recibiendo mensajes, si usas la opción 'Quit' del menú de opciones de la aplicación, se cierra por completo.

Las notificaciones se muestran en el 'lock screen', muy parecidas a las notifaciones de sms, o correo electrónico, además coloca un ícono en la barra de status (arriba).

El consumo de batería parece haber aumentado, pero solo llevo un par de horas utilizando la aplicación, así que creo que es pronto para dar una crítica al respecto.

'Give it a rest' mentality doesn't fix anything. It might be us in the end, still why not post cat pictures in Community, we're all love and pringles when it comes to felines, such a lovely community, cats also communicate. Considering this app (like vertical usage of N900 in CSSU) vocal part dominates community by spam, it should be kept in the correct place. So many spam threads have been created in anticipation of this app (whatsapp, whatsapp dev, whatsapp whining...) on maemo.org, a meego version should be correctly placed, let us know when it is in fact a maemo app.

Ahhh vibration while im on the phone!

Any fix to tell whatsapp to stop the vibration while in a phone call or when phone is touching my ear,

A vibrating ear can be kinda weird :P

Entonces si lo cierro no recibire mensajes no? Dentro de unos días me podrías decir que tal es el consumo? Cuando lo pruebes con mas calma y detenidamente.
