v21 doesn't seem to have 'use system chat notifications' option in notification options, which I was using in nigthly...

Will there be a Wazapp for SailfishOS? Yes, I know the Jolla will have Android compatibility, but I (and I think many others with me) really really would love a native version :)

i try to delete the whatsapp account and register another one because when I send message they disappear and I didn't recive anything ( I had nightly version,I try the new 9.21 but nothing changed)
I downloaded the new version 9.21 but I didn't recive sms to registrate
I can use the coderus web registration also for the tarek version???

anyone have problem where certain portion of chats in Group chat (that you created) were left out (missing) after you offline for some hours (like 6-10 hours)?

Nightly based on Wazapp 0.21 coming up? Would like to see the contact refresh button at the top. And Tarek version seems to be consuming more power than the Nightly.

Would you be fixing the Image resizing issue that the Nightly version is currently having???

Also i should add that the Nightly V34 has one essential feature which has been a boon.
When there is no Network or Web available, wazapp goes into offline mode. This saves up on battery unlike the previous version where it kept prompting with net connection all the time and ate up loads of battery.
Double Thumbs up for adding that feature buddy :-)

have tried reinstall Nightly 09.20 v35 (see walogs2) and install 09.21(see walogs3)
to me it looks the same but can you see whats wrong here?

so far, all images that i resized 25% from its original size (dimension lesser than 1K pixel & +-100kb) can be sent thru wazapp

Yeah I know, but that doesn't mean he's on good terms with BB, if Sailfish/Ubuntu starts to do okay he may ditch it in a heartbeat, or at least de-emphasise dev/support.
But we're more interested to know whether he has plans for Sailfish/Nemo, & why he's been so "invisible" in the past yr...

Media upload news:
WhatsApp servers have restrictions only for jpeg images bigger than 512KB
but you can upload 10MB or 20MB or more in png or gif format. so need to decide.
make image resize for jpg to 512KB or convert jpeg images to png (1MB jpeg equals 6MB png) or to gif (1MB jpeg equals 3MB gif)

what you prefer?

vote for 512KB resize AND jpeg to png convert. png upload may restricted too later in future...so 512KB resize is must!
