I think it should be resize if the setting is set, and convert (if the file is a too big .jpg) if not, so that a successful transfer is happening always.
Personally, I don't see the point in sending MB big photos from my camera (as I have a cap on data transfer), so I would rather prefer wazapp resized on-the-fly, doing it in the gallery would be a hassle. |

Resize JPG to 512KB is good. I have had some people with limited data complain to me about big photos I send them.

I would suggest to add a resize selection of "512K, 256K, 128K, 64K" in the Settings. It is more flexible to meet everyone's desire.

bug report:
The group membership editor page on some starts does not have a back button, making it impossible to save group changes. This seems to happen randomly, restarting the application or the phone does not help Log File http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/8667/fkaf.png The only way out of the above page is to either click on a message notification, or terminate the process using comand line... |

ive been having this poblem since last 2 days. i had been using the nightly version 20. when i try sending the msg it just gets invisible. i.e. its neither in my chat nor the person whom i am sending. i uninstalled the old version. deleted .wazapp folder, downloaded the 9.21 version but the same problem. after that i installed the nightly 35, it worked for some hours but now its the same. plzzz help..!!!

I had similar issue a year ago and i was really annoyed by this prob as i just couldn't reply back. Solution to this problem is a Bit painful. You will have to do a Factory Reset. I did it and a year back n its working perfectly without the prob resurfacing. But do remember to do use the option where it clears off everything. Only that helps. I do recommend backing up your phone before you do this. |

I used it awfully fo 2 days.. , bt suddenly it logged out!! N said to verify agai. !! Bt Damn :@ When i was waiting for tthe verification.. it saying my acc is blocked !! Now em stuck with this.. !! Cant do anything.. !! Plzz help me to fix thiz problem !! |

I'm guessing coderus wants to have more control over the entire code base.
Perhaps he's finding sharing work on Wazapp is too "restrictive" for his tastes? Just pure speculation on my part, he would be able to explain better... |

i just making more integrated client. with Sharing to whatsapp from system Share functions. Background daemon, autostart and so on :)
And its not based on Wazapp, so its offtopic in this thread :) P.S. Actually it fully based on Yowsup engine, but not Wazapp codebase or UI ;) |
