As usual and first: Thank you all for your donations! have been really helpful.

Features of 1.1.39 are:

* Fixed registration. I just tested it and it works, so no excuses.
* Push-to-talk: Press and hold the button and start talking, release to send. You have to at least talk 2 seconds to send something.
* There's a little green microphone icon at the side of the double green checkmark to indicate the other party listened to your voice note.
* Fixed random locations bug where the "Go" button wasn't working.
* I removed the "x stopped typing..." because it was annoying. If somebody stops typing/talking it just shows nothing.

You can all start testing!

EDIT: I forgot to tell you that there's also an option to change the quality of the voice notes you send:

- AAC (default), files are around 64 KB in size in average depending on how much you talk of course.
- AMR (tiny files - low quality), files are around 5 KB and recipients get it instantly.

The problem is that AMR encoding seems to be slow so you have to release the button like 2 or 3 seconds after you finished talking to avoid cuts in your audio.

AAC works perfect though.

In contrast Android clients send superb high quality voice notes that are around 200 KB ~ 300 KB in size and I think that's annoying.

Anyway check for the package gstreamer0.10-plugins-good. If you have that package then I really need to see the dpkg -l output, because I don't know what my phone has that yours doesn't.

Most of the problems are solved by installing CSSU but I want to know what your problem is to fix others that might have the same problem.

I was using yappari smooth as silk, but today I faced a wierd problem. It asked me to register again even when I was already registered and have been using yappari since version 0.0.17. Maemo failed epically to provide APIs to do simple mobile things, like taking a picture, sending/receiving SMS, etc.

There is NO way for an application to call the camera application and get a filename from it after the user took a picture.

The options are:

1.- I have to make my own "camera" app inside Yappari, which I won't, and if I did it won't be as nice as the default camera app.

2.- Do a hack like this: Call the camera application and start monitoring differences in the DCIM directory, but if the user doesn't take a picture... it'll be a disaster.

Since I haven't found a way to call the camera and get a filename from it, I haven't done it.

if any of you guys have an idea, I'm listening!
