Man I don't know why WhatsApp hates you, but they close the connection when you try to upload something. Try doing it from a WiFi connection and not from your cell phone provider connection to see if that changes anything.

But I can't do anything about it. They disconnect you, I can't help you.

please please, there must b any other way please, i cnt use wifi cuz here no connections, please, is there any problem in my phone so i can reconfigure? please tell me whatever i can do please. its important really, that java facebook client iam using here it works like charm really. please help me out with any network settings please please

Sadly Yappari still have bugs, and I think even more than before:

1.- Yeah I know about the images. I'll see what I can do.
2.- Status are not being synchronized.
3.- Group icons are not being synchronized either.

But my time is ZERO. Sorry guys but I don't think I can fix it today!

If you ask me, I think it looks like they are blocking you the ability to upload. Maybe you have been sending copyrighted stuff like mp3s and movies (and you can't do that).

Try getting a different phone number and registering a new account, even if it only to test. I'll bet you don't run into upload problems.

And don't send copyrighted stuff. Just your personal audio, pictures and videos.

Thanks for all effort you and other friends have been putting into this project, . you guys share your expensive time and knowledge with public, personally i am very proud of people like you all.

I also wanted to ask is there any way to change "yaparri"'s icon and use my own icons.
"yaparri" has 3 small, middle and big size icons (near battery, near clock and on the desktop) .
I can change only the biggest one.

First of all, many ty for Scorpius for his patience and effort in making my n900 still useful with this Yappari version.

Yes, the images received can't be opened, not tryed yet send it ro know if have the same bug.

I hope and i'll wait that when u can this bug can be fixed. In your time, not in our needs.

I am a new user of a nokia N900. I made a foolish mistake by installing whatsapp and yaparri on different devices using the same number in the same week. im triing to fix it but im not succeeding! i see that you brought out a new version of yaparri so i guess i have another oppertunity to fix it, but before i attempt to download it i want to make sure that i wont mess it up again. i see one of your requirements is to provide a log, thing is i have no clue what that is and how to find or create it. please give me simple step by step guides in laments terms how to do that? and anything els i should take note of. sorry if this is too much!

Maybe you know that my N9 was stolen, so I'm using yappari right now with my old N900.
I can fix those 3 bugs for you this weekend
Just let me know. I don't want to do something you will do.

BTW: media upload limit is not 12mb, it's 16mb. It was changed some time ago. Also max group participants are 50 instead of 30, but maybe you already changed it. I'm not using groups right now.

Hi, excellent client software.:)

please can you add a search feature for contacts in the main screen to find a whatsapp user .
that will make it easier to find a user to chat with.
instead of scrolling up and down to find the contact to chat with.

I assume some don't but I know of at least one that does (no doubt more as I'm still new to both n900 and whatapps/yappari) that I recently added and have been waiting for to show up after syncing.
