it looks damn good, but it means the device will constantly be using 3G and battery life?

cool stuff but again nokia fails to deliver a great deal of publicity as it was supposed to be.

We might be seeing what Meego was to be, before Flop.

Re: Nokia AIR, could this be why Nokia killed the M!
Looks like something that would compete with the Windows 8 plans, so I'd be surprised if it was not axed.

It's no doubt a dead project as much as it hurts to say, but those devices and UI look friggin amazing.
http://nokiagadgets.com/2012/06/24/n...o-leaks-video/ I wonder where this project exactly slots between the old strategy of Qt and Symbian, Maemo/MeeGo marriage. Because i would think this project is from that time. |
Re: Nokia AIR, could this be why Nokia killed the M!
WOW! This is what we want to see from Nokia!

Brrr, yet again the "cloud" buzzword. Unbelievable how all that cloud-crap (== rain?) attracts the crowds. There hasn't been more vendor-lock-in and a larger single point of failure in a long time. I want to choose my own services, thank you very much.
