So was I. Though I admit I made an assumtion that hardware components make a significant proportion of the final price. If the 1GB RAM takes less than 1% of the $250 price tag, then I would question how on earth can they justify the rest.

To be fair, I have no idea. But as an illustration, I work for a company making CPUs for embedded tech. Our chips have a few KB built in, both RAM and flash. We sell the chips for a few cents a piece of you buy in bulk.

Have you checked out S9 plus? Supposed to have best camera. What do you think about the notch? Are you becoming too invested in Apple ecosystem to make it hard to change?

No, Im only using browser and mail/calender. (and streaming services)

maibe next note will be wider. if no cool double screen device or hwqwerty appears. But its more likely to witnesses an alien invation than finding a high-end qwerty in store.

If that is all you are using it for I would get an intermediate level android at half the price as they have comparable performance.

have that but Im a fan of software and apple do lack some inovation but still have some cool stuff. I dont think one device/OS is enough for me.

plus, iSheep devices cost $1100 with design feom 2014. only apple will get away with that scam :D

double plus, I think apple browser is superior due to the fact that most companies adjust/test with iOS. But of course. could be incorrect. Using sailfish X for this message and its far from perfect, but still suppior to previous failfish devices.

Endsormeans, your kitty avatar is as cute as a quantum dot! Maybe I should have an avatar too. Maybe a pic of my guitar. Speaking of guitar, bought a PRS CE. Very nice model. Not the top of the line but durn good. Been trying to learn the guitar solo that wins the duel in the movie Crossroads. I can only play the whole thing at 2/3 speed which might sound like I'm getting close to playing at full speed, but, in reality it is like telling someone that can run a 6 minute mile to now run a 4 minute mile! Very hard!

Nice pic! Mine has the violin amber finish. I chose that finish to pay my respects to Paganini! Hopefully I'll get close 100% speed by end of summer (end of year is more likely). Regardless, it actually sounds pretty good at 2/3 speed. Especially with a nice sound effect mod. I like using something that sounds like playing steel drums.

EDIT: I almost forgot. I had tried the trick of speeding it up like you said, using an app on my phone. It actually sounds pretty good. Makes me wonder what Steven Vai actually did.... Naa, he's good enough to play that fast!

Ohh I beg to differ. As soon as a black hole shows up at our doorstep , threatening to eat the earth and it’s surroundings the American president immediately set up a team( I have seen it happen in Armageddon). I think Hawkins would been a smart choice in a real world team especially compared to an imaginary figure like green frog!

The question I have before start looking for the plan is...
Why did government approve the money?
Could it be part of a shady trade deal somhow where it was planned to “lose” the plan as part of a payment? Maybe they we’re inspired by the missing duck or the jolla tablet scam?

I think it might be tricky to solve this master mind scam.

Btw Putin seems to win again. Russians love him or have no other options. He also owns Sailfish. Would be great if he put some of his time into that matter.

as much as I badly need a linux based phone...
I cannot say I feel comfortable or safe with a device running an OS from a company controlled by Putin.
On top of his cyber assaults on a variety of countries..
It has just come to my attention in the news today..
That russian hackers also infiltrated into the Canadian infrastructure...and have done goodness knows what...

I think it madness to carry a device owned by a completely compromised business...

If I could trust that my personal info was safe and secure..
