With no jokes now, why the hell would you buy a "state of the art" tablet PC, or smartphone - also know as a POCKET PC if it can't do the basic functions LIKE A NORMAL PC.

Flash player support is around the PC's from a long time (LINUX, Windows or whatever). Most of android devices lack Flash player, apple in 2013 is still missing Flash on all devices, and I don't know about older versions of the Windows Phone but my WP 8.0.10211.204 have the latest version of Flash player for IE 10 and constantly getting new updates for it.

When I first installed Win8 on my Tablet PC, I tried to use it as stock as possible, so with Internet Explorer 10 I could use YouTube (because YouTube now runs with HTML5 also) but couldn't get on my favorite 18+ website that uses only Flash player. I sent a message about this to Microsoft and in about 1-2 weeks we got in the Windows Update section the Flash Player plugin (for IE10 you can't download flash from Adobe) and since than with every Windows Update we get updates for Flash Player for IE10.

Looks like MS learned it's lesson, Apple has to be sued to listen to their customers...

First of all your reply didn't make any sense.

Second I will answer your question: You posted that, I read that article and felt for that man, so I replied with my personal opinion on that. If you want to be listened by the big companies, don't just whine about it on the internet, take it to the next level, sue, make petitions, gather people to support your cause IN REAL LIFE. That was my point.

Ok, No I understand. Thank you for that. Sue is risky and only works is some countries. gather people to support your own failure seems like an impossible idea. But if you support him, I support him. Where do I sign up?

LOL, I wasn't supporting that man specifically for his intention to get porn on Apple devices, I was only talking about lots of people asking for something from a big company and that company not respecting what you want as a customer.

I do not own any Apple products (NOT EVEN ONE!), but if it was for me to be an Apple customer, I would really want my oppinion to be heard and to be somehow applied if other people share my idea.

That's why I said that MS learned it's lesson and started listening to it's customers (well not as good as we wanted, or as fast, but they listen...)

And if I think twice, analyze your troll comment more deeply, that's what we should do, choose some good causes, and support them (maybe not particularly this one). Do you use Apple? NO, but let's help this guy. Do you use MS? NO, but let's help this other guy. It would be nice if we can unite and show these companies that we don't care about their marketing views, and that they should respect us the customers, not a room full of business men.

If it's legal or not depends on the law and how the judges and jury translate and use the law to its own way of seeing things.. Not if you and me thinks it right or wrong

No, he visited Lebanon before and judges this country A LOT. Yet has 100% right to do so, because each and every judgement he says is very true. And he hates the fact that we have strong sectarianism in here, oh but he has never seen SUCH sectarianism ;)
