Jolla to launch its Sailfish OS smartphone in India next month.

I would say it would be a failure. They are planning to enter the Indian market at a very wrong time. In fact, too late. Especially with Xiaomi devices to hit the market in a few days at an unbelievably cheap price tag.

You have completely missed that chuck Norris facts has very little to do with reality or lacks the humor to appreciate it. Nothing wrong with that.;) Either way, Wikipedia can't be trusted as 100% correct so...you never now :D

While that is certainly true, a number of studies conclude that Wikipedia is just as accurate if not better than some of the more traditional encyclopedias thus far used as a reference point.

@ranbaxy The results for Xiaomi are quite impressive. However, if I understand Dave999 correctly you are still better off investing in Alibaba than Xiaomi. Btw. how do you pronounce Xiaomi. Does it sound like "show me" or close to that?

EDIT: Doing a little searching. I now think it is a cruel tease from Nokia/MS as Debian Red probably has nothing to do with OS but their prototype naming scheme. Meanies! (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)
