Linguistically "by June" means before or when June arrives. "I'll be there by five o'clock" never means by six. That article hasn't changed.

5 o'clock, however is a singular timeframe that is only effected by seconds, milliseconds, nanoseconds, etc...June is continuous for 30 days. The moment it's 5:01, it is no longer "5:00". It "is June" until it is no longer June, which means it's July. "By June" means "by the end of June but before the beginning of July".

Okay, for arguments sake, let's say PR1.3 arrives in Q2, 2012.

A serious question; when we know the update is arriving how should we best prepare? I am referring to existing hacks and tweeks that we have made, example:

Inception
OPPtimizer
FasterN9

I believe N9 Quick Tweak will simply be over written by PR1.3 so, does this also apply to the above and other terminal hacks that we may have made?

I am sure that there are many half wits like me that have been dare devils with their N9's and would like to know the answer too, if only for a little reassurance?

especially considering the lack of updated apps.. most of the apps in the market were last updated in 2011. -__-

maybe the update will bring people back to making apps

edit: i havnt even turned developer mode on my phone yet lol, there isnt much of a reason imo, for me at least that ive found. unless there is some cool feature that i am unaware of

lol that phonearena article is just a gsmarena re hash, I mean look at the sources, and its almost a month old, no news brought to the table there.

I've never experienced any cellular connectivity freeze bug. It could be your micro-SIM isn't contacting properly or the SIM holder is damaged. It seems the power supply for the SIM holder is very fragile and easily damaged.

How old are the updates to AccuWeather, AP Mobile and Real Golf that I got last week? When I recieved those my hopes for anther OS update were raised a little, but no further updates to any other apps yet.

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> updates -> checking for updates hangs while checking during last 2 days... am I the only one?… could be a good sign…

I just gave up on the May update rumour.

I was waiting until it came out, or didn't come out to Incept my N9 and OC it, but screw it, got tired of waiting.

Would be kinda funny if it did come out in the next couple days, that would be a bit of work down the drain.

(I would at least enjoy re-doing all the work later on, I like tinkering)
