Ok, restarted fine, apps here. Everything works.

Didn't fidlle too much with phone just had faster n9 installed and other "normal" apps...

Sluggish at the start just like 1.2, indexing people say so we will see :)

I have open kernel installed
I've updated via ota and It still showing the update but I can't install it.
I didn't see any error banner when installing it
So, I rebooted my phone and it's stuck in the open kernel warning and it says:
"Rescuing sorftware update,
Please do not interrupt.
xx%"

Same here, I have inception and NITdroid and several other tweaks which probably had severe compatibility issues with PR1.3. I will wait for a better solution before flashing it.

Yeah :p

Well guys, I'm a normal user and I don't see anything wrong, others will have more constructive comments.
It seems smoother, updated accuweather and nokia link.
Opened battery ussage, and there was a warming about a drain.
7days 11mA and now 17mA but I will contribute this to the phone updating.

Its in "Production External" option of NaviFirm.
By the way my phone shows OTA but waiting for complete firmware to reflash as I have many mods installed as of now.

Using arrow keys on modified VKB while editing SMS (works everywhere else) - not fixed.

Do a search in Twitter client, select tweet, press back, search results reload and reset to top - not fixed.

Using email client with long-running account taking forever to do any operations - not fixed. (workaround is to recreate the account I think)

I am seeing 8 updates for stock apps like twitter, facebook, store etc.
But there is no firmware update...
Any ideas why?

I can't notice any obvious changes in PR1.3. Needs long term use to spot/feel them.
Editing e-mail message you are replying to is still impossible without first saving to drafts.
No auto home screens rotate, have to use Rotate Home Screen again.

EDIT: May be UI feels smoother...like I remember it from PR1.1. But can't be sure.

Woot!! Just updated!!

First intinial impressions:
- UI feels fluid after initial boot, picture having Faster N9 0.9.7 in terms of speed
- beep profile gets an icon on status bar
- got an updaten for Nokia Link
- everything else feel pretty much the same
- still cant take pictures with front camera (correct me if someone finds the option, but I couldn't find any) :/

Again, these r very rough impressions after 10 min of play, I can finally sleep now & share any findings tmr :)

Can anyone tell me if there is any risk to change from firmware ARM to the OEM1 version?
Seems i have a variant using th ARM one and i am wondering what are the difference, if there is at all
