use Nokia Suite, I did not found mine on OTA but yes in Suite

must be because pr 1.3 uses new accuweather and you cant install the older version on to it. you may have to re-flash your phone to get it back or wait for nokia to update the package on the store

To (re)install AccuWeather, do

Open Terminal
devel-su (default password: rootme)
apt-get install wxapp

If that doesn't work, try

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

before

apt-get install wxapp

I'm no expert on apt-get, but I had the exact same problem, and this is what I did.

Hey folks,

I'm using an austrian, sim-free and unbranded N9 black 64GB (059J1V4) in Germany (officially not supported here!).
Now PR_1.3 just doesn't want to get over on my phone, very odd...

1. I'm one of the few unable to update OTA with WIFI (see my signature)
2. update OTA with cellular connection failed after short period/few MB though very good connection
3. NSU doesn't show PR 1.3
4. Nokia Suite doesn't show PR 1.3

Now my (probably stupid) question: Is there a way to get the full Version DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin (downloaded with Navifirm+) on the phone via NSU or Nokia Suite (without COMPREHENSIVE FIRMWARE FLASHING GUIDE)?

Another question: is the above mentioned version the most versatile/least restricted?
Are country variants somewhat limited?

I have one question myself, do you guys see improved wifi/3g data handling when in battery saver mode? fenix/mail namely for me just keeps the wifi active even in battery saver mode even after it is not syncing anything anymore... Offcourse you can use pr 1.3:
-Go and find the blackberry you like, hopefully it uses ARM Cortex 8 atleast.
- Find all the chipsets used for communication (GSM/WIFI/BLUETOOTH etc), touch, keyboard, graphics, USB.
- Develop drivers for the communication, make sure they are compatible with the meego/harmattan APIs.
- Build PR1.3 with those driver.
-Voila PR1.3 on a blackberry.
