I honestly can't tell (see a trend) where this is going next.
As for what is causing Nokias fall, I'll point out from the news that the macro outlook for Europe is bad, entire market down. May be the primary reason today, may not.

Im not sure what is best from a nokia stock perspective. The anticipation for new devices or actuall an announcement of devices and delivery to shelfs?

My limited observations is that the only thing that is better than anticipation is when you deliver beyond expectations. :B But, I've got very limited data behind my observations.

Standard & Poor`s cuts Nokia's credit rating further from BB+ to BB-

Who cares. No matter how you look at it, the stock must go up. Nokia has made it. We need to switch over to HTC and Samsung now to see if they are able to make it.

Nope, they haven't made it - and their stock could easily go down. If the WP8 phones are a failure (or perceived as a failure) then their stock price will fall

I think the price is inching up in anticipation of September announcement, and I suspect the price will double by October
