Well if this is added into duicontrol panel, we can add further binary hacks such as a UA switcher, text for mutl-task screen changer etc. into it too hence making redundant the need for modifying these files manually...

Already implemented to N9QT :-P
You can choose which size you want and reboot needed )after "refhashlist.pl" the conversation app not opens for me, don't know why, but after reboot it work perfectly...
In this picture emoticons size 30 and text size 28.

I tried this, but it not worked for me after applying this tweak. It also included in this tweak, but if conversation app not opened you get message "no process killed"... If you don't want you can choose to not reboot.
