Fake carrier
 

hi guys , i want to know if there any application for nokia n9 to change the carrier name ,
i saw this application on my friend's iphone and it's good he can change the name of carrier like he want
he can put any name

so any dev can do this application

I'm not a dev so please if someone know hot to do it please tell me
