i once had a similar issue. my phone was requesting confirmations for sent SMS. check settings-programs-messages, the first switch should be off (sendebestätigungen empfangen).

otherwise, reflash it without restoring from a backup (sync contacts with Nokia from accounts).

Besides, maybe you can talk to your operator and ask to disallow for your subscription to use 'premium sms' service (if it's possible) ?

Check with another operator SIM. If not keep sending -> is operator related

He should be speaking to his telco to get to the cause of it...That's much easier and faster instead of spectulating here..

i hate this phone, my htc one s will be back next week from repair and i'm gonna sell n9.

i mean, nobody knows why my phone is sending premium sms,
my provider has no idea, i flashed the phone already.

it sends this sms sometime 18.36 at evenig, sometimes 2-3 time per day.

i have no idea.:mad:

Maybe it's the Track & Protect that's sending the SMS's???
