Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - external drives
 

Does anyone know how to connect an external drive to the Note 2 for easier file transfer?
I've tried a female to female adaptor but the phone doesn't recognize the drive.

Thoughts.....

Ps I'm also trying to do this on my Note Tablet

Have you tried getting a USB OTG cable? I think Note 2 supports USB OTG. I know Note 1 does.

Thanks, will search on Amazon but some of these Chinese parts are mis labeled

Remember as well in order for it to recognize the drive you need to convert the drive to fat32
