Tried to boot it on real N9, only resulted in an immediate reboot, and reset my RTC.

This will be quite tricky to debug though.

Have you compiled the right kernel for it (so it can actually load the modules)?

I assume he just rewritten system partition with those files instead.
someone should definitely try on N950 HW, as N9 is not so close to this proto.

I tried running fennec it didn't work . And I did put the 2 themes on my N9 . The first one worked and have a menu button and exit like maemo 5 but is somewhat broken . And the second them broke my device and I did a rootfs restore from backupmenu as fix malf state didn't work .

Can anybody explain to me how the multitasking menu work? He has a 2x2 grid, and then individual apps. ?? Is it a feature?

Maybe a video showing multiple apps working, and the homescreen, and just a nice tutorial around the OS.

Indeed, just opening some apps, multitasking, browser some special things you don't find on other N950 just a tour in the whole OS :)

Likely neither, the theming service is slightly incompatible with Harmattan and completely different from Fremantle.

To keep it short, you've simply purchased a device frozen in time.

Let's be nice, there are no rules saying only advanced users can own rare N950s, in fact, if I had enough money, I would do the same and buy that. We all love N950s, only Nokia to blame not bring such a wonderful device to public.
And he shared the system with us, not all perple will do that!
