Is this related to rebooting? I haven't rebooted the phone after the update.

Of course it is.

I removed Nokia Link completely from my phone and now connections are back online.

This was really low...

Attaching this to Nokia Link to make it a minor/non-PR update but give it some gravitas is probably a mistake.

A bunch people (inc. myself and benny1967 it seems) uninstalled Nokia Link ages ago. "I don't need the phone-side software for something I'm never going to use" I thought (slightly inaccurately).

Others won't bother updating if they know what Nokia Link is and don't use it.

And look at the confusion it's creating for people having problems. People wanting to roll back Nokia Link when it's nothing to do with it and might not help unless you do an apt-get autoremove too.

Should really have been a PR I think, or at least embedded into a pre-existing networky-flavoured package and given a clearer description.

And should have been given more testing from the sounds of things.
Like a "field trial" with all the people still out there with N950s for example?!

why everyone is having issues with it . I had this update two weeks ago and nothing changed and everything is still working ( qneptunea twitter issue and for tweetian remove it and download again from store )

I updated today and just notice camera face error “not responding”(?)

I've updated today, no changes, everything worked like so far.

After I've read, about the problems after rebooting the phone, I've rebooted my phone also - no change, everything works (www, fb, maps, wazapp, etc.)

Thanks, could not find it direct with N9 but soon phone told there is new update.... #QNeptunea

Workin well now....

No Link update but newer had it installed and no imediate need for it.
