BatteryGraph somehow reversed Network and Charger display
 

The BatteryGraph app has since yesterday been displaying reversed status of Network and Charger. That is, it shows both of them as connected/plugged (the graph is filled in that part), although they're disconnected. I've already rebooted / turned off and on again, no changes there.
What could be the reason for it, and how to fix it? The only "out of the ordinary" thing I did yesterday was leave the battery to completely discharge (they say it's advisable to do this every now and then), until the device turned itself off. (On a side note, the allegedly displayed 0.4% power was good for 1.5 hrs.)
