What file is it that you want to remove? Nobody can tell you where to find it or indeed anything else unless you tell us what it's about. Even though a part of the operating system IIRC has a module called 'Telepathy' we users are, in fact, not telepaths..

If it's the temp file in /tmp ... just reboot ...
