its old becouse its a few days old and and brought to the jolla threads. But it always nice with a specific threads. more threads are always better.

not really sure what his reposible will be but sounds like a great name atleast.

AFAIk he is BOARD MEMBER. Does not mean he works on Jolla fulltime. Still CEO at McAffee mobile division AFAIK.


Good or Bad?

Well I think its good:

1. The Jolla team seems to like him from the maemo era
2. He is very open source friendly and pushed nokia hard going more opensource
3. He probadly is one of the investor in the company
4. He has contacts with bigg bosses inside HP/Nokia and so on...

Yes ocourse... But he leaved as soon as Elop entered the building So I am not sure he is so friendly with Elop...
