There will be press tent and tent for the pre-order customers. That pre-order tent includes DNA's pop-up store.
Tent for pre-order customers opens at 17:00 Finnish time. There will be multiple artists entertaining you from a rap battle, DJ to showbartenders. Program will last till 23:00.

What countries are available for shipping? The same as for pre-order?

Does email contain some additional codes/serials/IDs that sre needed to complete purchase or can I go straight to the shop and don't wait for the email?

You'll have to wait, since you need a password for logging in (and its' not the password for your normal jolla account ;) )

Also no Mail for me so far, although I'm quite confident to be somewhere at the front of the preoder queue because I was in the first round of Launch Event Invites (but can't go because of work).

In the DNA press conference says that they'll do Finland and Jolla will do the rest of "Europe", whatever Europe means. Jolla said the same a few days ago.

I think it's up to one to enforce privacy, I'll be happy if Jolla doesn't make an active effort to inform government agencies about data that they have, and instead make an active effort to avoid doing so. This is a lot easier to do in the EU than in the US though.

Back to this topic, what would be ideal is an application for the N9 that exports something (pretty much like Backup/Restore) and then the same application, but for Sailfish which imports it. You can guess that it would be a pain to do as there will be 2 different applications accessing different data sets, and in fairness there isn't much market for the N9. I doubt Apple/Android would let you do any on their devices/OS's because they want to have your backup in their "cloud".

Well, I hope they have extended their "shipping area" to other countries as well, not just Europe. As far as I remember they said that "final availability will be base on pre-order demand".

They did also state that they'll concentrate on other countries later, but then we'll start saying that "later" is like "soon" or "pretty soon" and stuff like that. Jolla is the best to give the country priority though, I can only say what I read :-)

I'm assuming they aren't just planning on chucking the phones around the world without planning support/warranty services. And of course the pesky patents and certifications are a problem aswell.

You can always import it through a reseller I suppose, taking all the risk. Many people in the US have done that with the N9. Well, when I say "many", I mean I know a few and am aware of a few others :-)

Ok, so let the speculation begin: basically they may open the shop on Dec 3rd for anyone in the EU that has made the 0€ reservation, if not everyone else in the EU.

Vary sounds about right. December is the perfect time of the year for postal and customs delays. It's looking more like January for those who are forwarding out of the EU to NA and elsewhere. FedEx might be able to meet a mid-late December date for a price, but I wouldn't count on the postal system beyond two weeks into the month for overseas re-shipping.

I wouldn't count on having anything during December, unless you are among the first. Not even in Finland... bear in mind that Jolla wants their payment by the 2nd, but then they aren't telling you when they are actually shipping the device. Not sure that DNA will have stock after those 450 devices, at least we haven't heard anything like "pop by the store and grab one".
