It is planned, that "hot" apps would be displayed as carousel, and one cover action will lead to such app(open app page within warehouse). |

Re: [Announce] Warehouse - native client for OpenRepos.net
I am sorry for posting here it may be not the right place for that and that because my post in openrepos.net got ignorance. As Nokia store closed and as the free app video editor wasn't uploaded to openrepos yet, I tried to install rzr app (openshot) from warehouse and I got the message (it is not user package). Tried to install via terminal: dpkg -i failed then apt-get showed a list of unmet dependencies and at last it says broken packages. The list contains: gtk2-engines-pixbuf; librsvg2-common; melt; python-gtk2; python-httplib2; python-mlt3; python-mlt2 and python-pygoocanvas. Any help will be appreciated and again I am sorry for posting and I know I should read before posting. In fact, I read here till the page 25 and found that the thread is changed to talk about sailfish so I aborted reading because I am on N9. Thanks in advance.
Edit: Finished reading the thread and didn't find a solution. |

Openshot have _all suffix, because its archeticture independent application, probably writtent in python. As for dependencies, seems like they are missing, because first packages was from apps4meego and meego OBS server when they were closed, and maybe to all packages was extracted. So you can try to rebuild/port packages from scratch, i.e. from ubuntu sources. |

Edit: Custodian, another advice please?:) I tried to download dependencies and started as experiment with python-mlt2. Tried installing by dpkg -i. It said it depends on libmlt++3. Repeated the procedure and it said it depends on libmlt6. Repeated again and it said it depends on a long list of (lib)s. This way it seems not logical to continue. Is there another approach or should I abort openshot installation and wait for Nokia (video editor) to be uploaded to openrepos? Edit2: Is it just a chance that Enigma (video editor) added now to the repository?. A lot of thanks. However, I ask rzr to make his apps easier for installation. |

Re: [Announce] Warehouse - native client for OpenRepos.net
So that means the problem is not with the original software but with the backup process from meego OBS to openrepos.
