Which size of video can be sent ? I tried to send 10Mb and 5.7Mb and it not sent as far as I understand... It again shows a 100% sent, but recipient does not see nothing.

Anymore hidden items??

@Schturman show me log of sending video. While testing i uploaded >20MB videos, and they was downscaled and downrated on server and contact received small video.

just installed the latest version (is there a version number somewhere btw? haven't found it in About).

wazzup had been installed and the app logged in fine but contacts didn't sync until I pressed 'shutdown engine', closed the app and restarted it.

avatars didn't load (another restart didn't help). can only see 3 and they are all from my address book (I believe if all address book loaded there would be more).

apart from that everything seems good so far. many thanks for the effort

you should press "Sync phonebook" and wait. there are no progress indicators for that. Contacts will be loaded asap :D

Ok, log sent to you...
First video is AVI format (5.7Mb) and second one is MP4 (3Mb). Both of them shows me Outgoing video 100% in the chat and Completed in the transfer window. Recipient received nothing...
Also I noticed that in the latest 2 versions, when the contact list from share option is appeared and you starting search by moving your finger it not show letters (alphabetic). But if you'll release your finger and will start it again, it start to show letters like it should...

I did press it 3-4 times and waited for a couple of minutes...

Received media(successfully), but no notification..using latest version....log sent.
Version number not included in about section because of frequent updates? I mean once stable will u include? Not important though, but easy to check ;-)

if i select a contact and the keyboad pops up, then it doesnt automatically scrolls to the very buttom (last message). its not that fatal but kinda annoying.

btw. persecute rocks! draining much less battery in idle compared to wazapp...at least for me

Is it possible to pull chat history from other clients?

I don't know what happens, but in the least 2-3 hours the persecute can't connect. It always show "connecting..". Its only me ?

I don't know if it related to persecute or not but since I started to use persecute, people start to ask my why I left my groups. Same happens in wazapp, my contacts in the groups just not see me, also not see what I'm writing and what they writing. I'm checking profile of this groups (in wazapp and persecute) and it looks ok, I don't know what happens and how to fix it.
Any idea ?

Ok, i just removed this groups and created them again. But before, I tried to add myself to this existed groups and tried to change images (avatar) for this groups, but in both of cases without success. I tried it via persecute..
Andrey, if you think it important (bug) I'll send you log.

PS. Also I noticed it not see all images when you want add avatar. For example in gallery I can see many other images that in persecute I can't..

Is that possible to delete whole chat history with a single contact at once? or do we need to delete them one by one? In that case is that possible to implement this features?

@Schturman if you removed yourself from group then you cant add yourself back. Somebody in group (possible alphabetically) will become group owner, and only he can add you back. :)

This is exactly a problem, that I'm not removed itself from this two groups... :( How it happens I don't know.. But when I checked in group profile in persecute "You" (that mean I) not exist in group contacts list, only all other users that I added when I created this groups. And it still show me that I as owner of this group...
More interesting that in wazapp it still show me "You" in group profile (group contacts list) and I as owner...
I understand that nobody can add me back because I owner, this is a reason that I deleted this groups and created them again...
So weird :D

Avatars still haven't loaded apart from the few that were there after the first sync. Any way to load them?

A message (from a contact that does show the avatar) is shown on the unlock screen with an empty square instead of the avatar.

Another thing, which perhaps is not persecute but whatsapp related, is that messages sent while persecute wasn't loaded arrived with the timestamp of when it was launched rather than when they were sent.

are you interested in UX comments/moaning?:) like the lack of auto scrolling so the last message is visible after opening the keyboard... or is there a bug/request tracker somewhere? in case you care:)

i know all ux issues, but its not in priority for now. application still in development stage and ux with ui presented as-is.

Any way to completely delete persecute and start over??
