Most likely no.

A lot of people received their Jollas earlier than fedex estimated. My Jolla from Finland to Uk arrived in 3 days. 1 day Finland - France, 1 day France - UK, next morning Uk - My house

That's cool! Yesterday mine started shipping, so it'll arrive to Sweden by Monday at least. Then my big bro will send it back to me to Lebanon. Seems fair enough

I waited from Dec. 11--> Dec. 31 to get mine "in picking" :S

What is the best way to contact Jolla ?
By direct mail: care@jolla.com or by opening request on the https://jolla.zendesk.com (that I already did 4 days ago, but without answer yet..) ? Or it's not matter ?

I contact usually care@jolla.com
But I have a technique, if they don't reply within 48 hrs, I send them another email, and the cycle repeats until they get pissed off and then they merge all my requests into one and reply.

That warning stickier covering the whole package! In my case it was just a small one on the side.
EU vs non-EU shipping I suppose.. Seems Jolla had to learn on the fly.
Somebody could have studied this (for Jolla) during the long and hot summer of 2013.
