What I don't get, is why are they doing all that stuff themselves...
They've contracted out other things, surely there's co's who are better quipped to handle that sort of thing?
i.e. Wouldn't it be better to have it handled by the co/place (or related) that the device is manufactured?

And you think external would do that for free? I can tell you that would lead to higher price for the device and alot more rant on this forum.

Small company has to do stuff themself and often workers doing alot more than they get paid for.

How long do you have to wait in picking?
