@strongm: Ok, thanks! But then, quite few in that list has status "Shipped" (when by now, more of them should be in shipped status).

Is that field supposed to reflect the Jolla shop status or whether it has actually been shipped...or both?

According to the spreadsheet, it's ~2300 for the ones starting with 2 (200002383), and ~2800 for the ones starting with 1 (100002805). I'm 2000028XX and I'm still in "Paid" status.

EDIT: correction, there's a "100004800" in picking at the very bottom of the list.
EDIT2: in the note for this last one, it says "changed to "In Picking" 16-DEC at 1400 Finnish time"

Switzerland - but still on "Paid" and order number doesn't work yet on FedEx (1st wave pre-order Euro 100 option). 4 days since the last orders switched from "Paid" to "Picking" - but as we know by now, those status updates aren't reliable ;)

Yes, it seems they are forgetting a small part of Europe, my order #1185 is still in status "Paid". According to the spreadsheet, there is someone in Switzerland with the status "In Picking" so there is hope...

It would be a good idea to suggest that people leave the spreadsheet once they've checked what they wanted and/or updated the status of their order. There are always a lot of people who leave it in a background tab and Google Drive does live updates thus limiting the amount of people who can access it - if you don't have to look at it, be a nice sailor and close the tab.

That being said, even the simple view allows for editing individual fields on demand. It doesn't allow adding new rows but you can update your own existing entry perfectly fine.

Finnish post office has similar search, however, orderID & phone number give no results. My order has been in picking since Friday.

Switzerland - I have it "in picking" since about last thursday I think? Can't remember. But the FedEx reference tracking gives me no results at all.

To be fair though, the fedex reference tracking doesn't return me any results for anybody else's Jolla order number either... Suspecting a faulty FedEx CH site.

to everybody that got a tracking number in scientific notation, use your order number in the second tab of the fedex tracking page, (search by reference or sth) which seems to only work in the desktop version of the site.

I know this has been mentioned before but I see people giving up hope because of that number, and nobody mentioned it for a few pages.

Mine is 15xx and still in Paid. No luck with the FedEx reference tracking either. I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect there's a problem with non-EU shipping...

#200001709 picked up by FedEx at about 15:30 UTC, now its in transit. Estimated delivery seems to be sometime tomorrow. Too bad I'll be away from home most of the time :-/
But anyway, my christmas present is getting closer, seems like I was nice this year after all ;)
