Same here... I'm getting really frustrated. :( They definitely have some issues with Switzerland and Norway, just look at the spreadsheet again. Damn.

FedEx works in mysterious ways. According to tracking.
Finland -> Sweden -> France -> Finland

Still wondering how will they send it to Estonia :D

A lot of people would be relieved if they could get the information.

If I have understood correctly there isn't any unambiguous upper limit order number that has been already shipped. It seems they will in some cases skip some order numbers like Norway and Switzerland orders. Not even going to two order number series.

I am speculating they don't know what forms have to be filled in when exporting outside EU VAT area and don't have time to find out.

Probably due that Norway and Switzerland are not in VAT treaty area. Required paperwork is likely to be different.

Oh sweet... Fedex tried to deliver my phone today. Strange they didn't leave it at my neighbour's as I requested... well, another try tomorrow.

if they are, it shouldn't take over a week to find out and fill out some paperwork. I have lost hope for getting it before christmas anyway. Just think they should have tought about this before, as they have known for a long time that at least 5 People from norway have made an order.

it comes without LE-Otherhalf, instead a Message that they will send me my Poppy red OT later (in the next weeks).

app-shop and update-server seems to be very busy today :eek:

With the current shipping rate there is no chance in hell they'll deliver mine (#4121 :( ) to the Netherlands by early Monday morning and afterwards there will be no one to pick it up before Jan 9th, and I won't get my hands on it before late Feb, if even then.

I should probably ask Jolla not to deliver it at all and to prioritize those few with higher order numbers than mine - I'd rather have somebody else enjoying their Jolla than it waiting for me in a dusty postal warehouse. I don't want to cancel my order, far from it, just to postpone the delivery.

Mine is in my hands also! :) order #20001299 to Portugal (Maybe the first one?). Also no poppy red OTH, still to come...
I'll update the spreadsheet.
P.S. Today I also received jolla email, with tracking number, almost at the same time as I received the phone...

Wohoo, my beloved Jolla is finally in my hands ;) No limited TOH, only Comming soon card, but that doesn't matter.
Order #200001709, delivered around 13:00 UTC.

FedEx driver called me, so we arranged the delivery to my friend's place, where I was able to pick the package in the evening, when I came back from my trip.

So now it's time to move to Jolla User Experience thread. The only problem is how am I supposed to tell my customers that they'll probably won't have their projects finished till the end of the week :D

Gah! So, my Jolla shipped yesterday, to Stockholm. And it WAS in Stockholm yesterday night, with an estimated delivery time today at 4pm. But then, for some reason, it continued its journey to France (!), was "in transit" and then returned to the FedEx facility in Paris again. Now, the estimated delivery is "N/A".

Hopefully I will still have it before Christmas...

Take comfort in this - mine was delivered for a day, but I still have not seen it as I am abroad. I will be back on Thursday, so if you get it tomorrow you will touch it before I do :D

My tracking number is still missing too since it seems Jolla doesn't find Switzerland on the map :p Great idea of Fairphone!*:D Btw they have a great Facebook page, including some insights into the company. Maybe Jolla can learn something from them in the future :)

I might have to create my foldable Jolla phone myself ;)
