My device finally shows up on Fedex tracking - 23/12 estimated delivery... Bad news? I "might" have to wait for the LE TOH to arrive before I can Fedex the device (and the LE TOH) to myself :(

It's not quite true that it's everyone - my order to the UK, 3500, hasn't moved and no information has been received by FedEx. Whereas, in the past couple of pages, users here have reported that their orders 4000+ to Netherlands and Turkey are showing up on the FedEx system and will hopefully be delivered in time for Xmas. I've no idea why they skipped past mine, I presume others have been skipped over in the same fashion.

Most companies would fulfill their orders in a first come first served manner, but Jolla are 'unlike' after all.. hmmph

Times like these I wish 24 December wasn't a bank holiday in Slovakia :(. On all other occasions though, it's cool to have a day off. But just this one particular day... oh well... Gotta wait till 27th.

I understand nobody likes waiting, but people need to get some perspective here. There's a world full of war, hunger, disease and death – surely all that drama over a phone that arrives a few days later than desired is unnecessary?

Same thoughts and situation. It comes when it comes. Though post offices are open during this weekend plus Monday, so there is still change to get it before Xmas. That would be nice, but not end of the world if it will not happen.

Got a shipping message from Jolla

and fedex says

Fedex still has the estimated delivery set to 30/12/2013. I don wonder if my Jolla will have to spend a lonely xmas on some fedex depot.

The only explanation I can think of is that sailors pack Jollas until the very last minute and deliver the parcels to the airport depot just before the Fedex flight is departing. Fedex doesn't have any time to sort Jollas in Helsinki, they just load all the Jollas into the plane. The parcels are sorted in Paris, and now your Jolla has been properly sorted and routed... hopefully (although this doesn't explain why your Jolla was sent back to Helsinki unless the flight to Stockholm is via Helsinki).

Already in Finland there were people who ordered from DNA webstore a week ago and received Jollas before people in Finland who had pre-ordered from Jolla in May.

Aaaand, the deadline passed which means I won't be getting my Jolla for at least a couple of months more :( It might have made it had they used weekend delivery instead of weekday only...

The little guy almost made it, tho - got into a delivery van in Roden, which is at a pissing distance from Groningen, but my connection had to run out to catch a train at the same time - they tried to deliver it 10 minutes ago, to no avail - so in the end 40 minutes are what stood between getting my Jolla now and your-favorite-deity-knows when...

Oh well, now I need to figure out how to reorganize the FedEx guys to deliver it somewhere else as nobody will be at the destination to pick it up for a few weeks and I don't want it to get delivered back to the sender - it barely made it from Finland to the Netherlands!

Looks like Jolla finally found Switzerland on the map and starts delivery. At least parcel finally appeared on FedEx tracking. Now I only need to find out how to contact FedEx and deliver it to another place (as I don't think the phone arrives tomorrow morning) and make sure I don't get double-taxed.

Thanks to all in this thread to collect information about delivery which wasn't given to us by Jolla & I hope we can soon forget about those problems and enjoy the phone. But for now another Christmas with my N9 - for sure a good thing too ;)

Chose (important!)*"Track by Reference". There enter your order number (2000025XX), your country and ZIP*code (sometimes ZIP code isn't necessary).

That should work!*My number was 202X. If nothing is displayed, FedEx probably doesn't have the shipment registrated yet.
